Boutique ticket sales cut off time, Friday 11pm before the event. Boutique Tickets include an alcoholic beverage, presentation of ID is required to confirm you are over 18 years to be eligible. You must be 18 years or over to purchase Boutique Tickets, please remember to have photo ID with you.

BYO

Everybody’s Theatre does NOT allow BYO alcohol at our movies.

Disturbing Behaviour

You may be asked to leave if:

• You are talking while the movie is on
• Use your mobile phone while the movie is on
• You or your children are causing a disturbance while the movie is on
• You are intoxicated

GST

GST is included in all products and services at Everybody’s Theatre.

Hot Food

NO hot takeaway food is permitted at Everybody’s Theatre. You will be asked to leave to consume your meal or you may leave your meal in our kitchen until after the movie is finished. Refunds will not be given if you decide not to return. Tea and coffee will be permitted.

Minors without Adults

Children under 8 years must be accompanied by a child 14 years or older or an adult.

No Re-Sale or Promotional Use

Products, services & Gift Vouchers purchased online from Everybody’s Theatre may not be re-sold, on-supplied or transferred for commercial, consumer or promotional purposes, bundled with other goods and services or used for promotional purposes without Everybody’s Theatre’s prior written consent.

Online Fees

The purchasing of products and services is subject to booking fees of $1 per ticket through our online site only.

Refund and Return Policy

Everybody’s Theatre has the discretion to refuse a refund or exchange if you have simple change your mind, purchase the wrong tickets or do not turn up in time for the screening you purchased online tickets for. However; at Everybody’s Theatres’ discretion they will consider:

(a) replacement of those products or services; or

(b) a refund of the cost of purchase of those products and services, less fees.
